Massachusetts paves way for sales of medical cannabis vaping products
Massachusetts cannabis regulators decided not to extend a ban on vaping products for the medical cannabis market, setting the stage for at least some products to be sold again on Nov. 12. A Massachusetts judge earlier ruled that only the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission could extend the governor’s ban. The five-member commission voted instead to develop vaping-related regulations.
